Summer is here! Time to chill by the pool with a fresh pedi and my favorite summer shades. From lounging around the house, running errands, or spending time with my loved ones, I use these products on a daily basis. These are a few of my favorite things:
A. EOS Summer Fruit Lip Balm. Smells ah-maaazzz-ing! I love the results of this lip balm because my lips are smoother, softer, and the product glides on so effortlessly. Plus it’s long lasting!
B. Natures Bounty Extra Strength Hair, Skin, and Nails Soft Gels (Argan Oil Infused). I have been taking these soft gels since January of this year and I must say I am impressed. I take 2 a day with a meal or snack. My hair has more strength and shine, my nails are stronger and healthier, and my skin has cleared up in my problem areas such as my cheeks and chin. This is a staple and holy grail product!!
C. NYX Studio Perfect Photo-Loving Primer. This one goes out to all of my oily to combination skin girls who love to wear foundation but can’t find a primer to keep your face looking flawless all day. I can safely say this is one of my most favorite and inexpensive primers! I apply this after I moisturize my face and it keeps my foundation flawless even in nasty Statesboro, Georgia heat (and if you’re not familiar with scorching Southeast Georgia heat, you’re blessed!)
D. Forever 21 Mirrored Sunglasses. We all know sunglasses are essential for summer. They make the outfit. They are perfect for those days where you don’t want to wear makeup so you throw them on and run your errands (or maybe that’s just me lol). Regardless, they are necessary! I snagged these stylish goggles on forever21.com. Perfect for everyday!
E. Boxed Water. Yes, I am a sucker for the hype, but I wanted to see what the fuss was about! My favorite beauty bloggers have been going nuts over this water so I had to try. It’s only $1.10 at Target. Outside of the philanthropic meaning behind this product, water is water. Water is a basic summer essential. It’s healthy, hydrating, and gets me through this heat! But I am in love with the packaging, so it deserves a shoutout!
F. Nivea Smooth Sensation Body Lotion with Shea Butter. While we may enjoy the weather and wear our sandals and show off our legs, let’s not neglect our skin. Keep it smooth and radiant! I love this lotion! After the application my skin feels smooth, moisturized, and hydrated.This lotion does not leave my skin feeling oily and greasy during the summer.Plus it smells so refreshing!
